On a chaotic Sunday morning in Oklahoma City, 16-year-old Timothy Moreland, a Black male, was fatally shot on November 16, 2008. The young man, who was a football player at Centennial High School after transferring from Millwood High School, had managed to get into the City Knights nightclub on Southwestern Avenue using a friend's ID, as the establishment required patrons to be at least 18 years old.
