On August 2, 2016, Martin Lule Jr., aged 26, was killed in a drive-by shooting in Oklahoma City. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. in the 2600 block of SW 38th Street, where Lule was found by police with multiple gunshot wounds, along with a juvenile victim who was also shot but survived. Lule was pronounced dead at the scene. On August 9, police arrested 20-year-old Cesar Jurado for first-degree murder in connection to the shooting.
