In a tragic turn of events on February 9, 2011, 25-year-old Miguel Perez, a Hispanic male, was found deceased in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His body was discovered alongside another victim at Hicks Park, situated near the intersection of 34th and Mingo. Both individuals had been fatally shot and were found next to a jogging path within the park.
