On October 10, 2016, Saira Vasquez, aged 30, was shot and killed inside Bienvenidos Bar 7 De Copas in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The shooting occurred in the early hours, around 1 a.m., along with the death of 23-year-old Adan Duran (also known as Adan Olmos). Tulsa Police responded to the scene at the bar near Haskell and Lewis and discovered both victims dead from gunshot wounds.
