Do you know who murdered Docras? On a cold February day in 1988, the body of a woman named Dorcas Sue Hilton was discovered in the frigid waters of the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was at 5:32 p.m. on February 22nd, near the 3100 block of South Riverside Drive, that the grim finding was made amongst the rocks at the northern end of the Public Service Company of Oklahoma property.
