On the evening of September 5th, 1984, 23-year-old Vickie Marie Hill had plans to attend a ladies' get-together. She and her husband resided at the Westport Apartment Complex on Southwest Blvd in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When Vickie went to start her car, it wouldn't start, forcing her to return to her apartment.
