On October 31, 1982, Timothy "T.J." Miller, a 19-year-old resident of Springfield, Ohio, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run incident in the 700 block of North Limestone Street. The incident took place in the early morning hours after Timothy had attended a party on Roseland Avenue West and spent time at the Union Station bar on East Main Street.
