Carol Ann Zastudil, a 36-year-old woman from Massillon, Ohio, was found dead on December 21, 1983, in her family home. Carol lived at 2668 Graydon Avenue Southwest with her husband, Richard, and their two children. On the morning of her death, Richard left for work at around 7:15 a.m., while the children boarded the school bus shortly afterward.
