Terrell Lee Lipkins Sr., a 51-year-old African American man from Canton, Ohio, tragically passed away on January 8, 2022. Lipkins, who was well-known and respected in his community, was shot and killed in the early morning hours while standing near his car on Gilbert Avenue NE.
