On September 4, 1996, Delores Lowe, a 36-year-old woman, was found brutally beaten and strangled in the Hoffman schoolyard located at 3060 Durrell Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The crime occurred in Hamilton County, and the Cincinnati Police Department has classified it as a homicide. Despite investigation efforts, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
