On September 24, 1996, Henry Person, a 33-year-old man, was found dead at the rear entrance of his residence on Miller Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The discovery was made near the back of his home, and the incident was immediately classified as a homicide. The Columbus Police Department took charge of the investigation, but despite their efforts, no suspects were arrested, and the case has remained unsolved.
