On January 14, 1964, in Albany, Ohio, 14-year-old Eugene S. Wildman, a Caucasian male, was tragically killed in a mass shooting that claimed the lives of four individuals. The victims included Eugene's parents, 57-year-old William Melvin Wildman and 60-year-old Mildred Catherine Aumiller Wildman, as well as 26-year-old Geneva Wildman Pierce. This devastating event left the community in shock and mourning.
