On January 7, 1998, Ronnie Tanner, age 20, was shot and killed in Whitehall, Ohio. The incident took place at approximately 3:18 AM at an apartment located at 222 Parklawn Boulevard, Apartment G. According to the report, Tanner was visiting a female friend when the two were confronted by an unknown assailant as they entered the apartment.
