On October 7, 2002, William Joseph English IV, aged 24, was shot to death at his residence located at 1506 Fillmore Circle in Lorain, Ohio. The incident occurred around 1:00 PM after there was a knock at his door. When William opened the door, he engaged in a conversation with an unknown male. During this interaction, the male, described as a Black man, fired several shots at William, killing him. The shooter immediately fled the scene, and his identity has never been discovered.
