On January 16, 2023, Abraham Thomas Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Lorain, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed in a parking lot. The incident occurred around 5:30 PM, where police discovered Thomas and another young man suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. Despite immediate medical attention, Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victim was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
