On September 12, 2004, 36-year-old Ismael Noriega-Arenas died in a tragic arson fire at the Lincoln Park West Apartment Complex in Columbus, Ohio. The fire broke out in the early morning hours at approximately 2:30 a.m. at 600 Lynwood Lane.
