Justin Moore, a 19-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on September 18, 2007. The incident occurred at 1330 California Avenue in Cincinnati's Bond Hill neighborhood. Known by the nickname "Biggie," Moore was shot at the scene, and despite initial investigative efforts, no arrests have been made in connection with his murder.
