Carlos De La Cruz, a 30-year-old male, was shot and killed on August 23, 2009, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when police were called to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Carlos suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
