James Boots, a 26-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on November 13, 2010. The incident took place at 1915 Central Avenue, located in the heart of Cincinnati. James Boots was reportedly shot at this location, and he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
