Richard Owen Smith, aged 21, was shot and killed on January 17, 2011, in Columbus, Ohio. Smith, also known as "Lil Rich," was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite efforts by first responders, he succumbed to his injuries. His case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made to date. The Columbus Division of Police, alongside the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), continues to seek information that may help bring the perpetrator to justice.
