On November 23, 2018, 28-year-old Matthew Sloan, a white male, was tragically shot and killed in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred around 12:43 a.m. in front of 630 Wrexham Avenue in the Hilltop neighborhood. When Columbus Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Sloan unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Grant Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at 1:20 a.m.
