Joseph Crumpler, a 30-year-old man, died on January 15, 2023, from a drug overdose in the North Linden neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. On the morning of his death, police received a report of a drug overdose at the 2900 block of Azelda Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Crumpler suffering from an apparent overdose. He was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
