Keith Williams, a 22-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was shot and killed on December 18, 2013. His body was found inside a car in the 700 block of Ridgeway Avenue, located in the Avondale neighborhood. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire late at night and discovered Keith already deceased at the scene.
