On October 8, 2015, 32-year-old Henry Cheatham was shot in the head in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the Avondale neighborhood. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Ridgeway Avenue. After being critically wounded, Cheatham was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
