William Howard, a 26-year-old man, was fatally shot in the early hours of November 5, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. At approximately 4:30 a.m., Columbus Police Department officers and medics were dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Ogden Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, William was found in the doorway of the residence with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite efforts by emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
