Jordan Martin, a 17-year-old male, was tragically killed on July 17, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio. He became the 72nd homicide victim in Columbus that year, contributing to a period of rising violence in the city. On the evening of the incident, Columbus police officers were called to respond to reports of gunfire.
