Marquise-Khalil Allen Williams Jr., a 20-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. His passing was the result of a drive-by mass shooting that occurred on the city's East Side. The incident, which also left three other men injured, took place in the 400 block of Kimball Place. Williams was found with gunshot wounds and was transported in critical condition to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead just after 10:30 p.m.
