In the quiet residential neighborhood of Hempstead, New York, a devastating scene unfolded on the morning of August 12, 2026, leaving a family shattered by a tragic act of violence. Inside a home on Angevine Avenue, two brothers, Garfield Adamson, 50, and David Adamson, 52, were found dead from gunshot wounds in what police would later rule a murder-suicide.
