In the late hours of a Sunday summer evening in Milwaukee, the life of 35-year-old Lester "Chunky" Whitmore was tragically cut short. On August 23, 2026, at approximately 11:10 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night near the intersection of Ring and MLK Drive. When Milwaukee police officers arrived at the scene, they found Whitmore suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
