Roberta Williams was a 40-year-old Black woman from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and a mother of three whose disappearance became part of a troubling series of deaths involving women from the Rocky Mount area. Authorities said Williams was last seen by a family member in Rocky Mount during the spring of 2008, and her skeletal remains were not discovered until March 27, 2010.
