In the quiet community of Beavercreek, Oregon, the life of 36-year-old Tara Jo Rae Deveny was tragically cut short on Friday, June 26, 2026. In the early hours of that day, a distressing 911 call was made to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. On the other end of the line was Markus Bowen, 35, who reported that he had just shot his wife, Tara. Deputies were immediately dispatched to their residence on South Kamrath Road.
