In the summer of 2019, tragedy struck in Nashville, Tennessee, with the death of 37-year-old Reginald Williams-Foster. On the evening of August 12th, gunfire erupted in the Cayce Homes neighborhood, leaving Williams-Foster fatally wounded and another man, aged 18, injured. The shooting occurred just before 5 p.m. in the 600 block of South 7th Street.
