On August 12, 2019, 37-year-old Reginald Williams-Foster was fatally shot in East Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. at the James A. Cayce Homes on South Seventh Street. Upon arrival, Metro police officers found Mr. Williams-Foster deceased at the scene. An 18-year-old individual was also injured during the shooting and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in stable condition.
