On a day that should have been filled with joy and celebration, the life of 22-year-old Pepe Sikisi-Belle Jr. was tragically cut short. On May 30, 2026, while at Center Street Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, celebrating his son's fourth birthday with a picnic-style gathering, Sikisi-Belle was shot and killed.
