On the evening of May 5, 2026, the vibrant neighborhood of Barrio Logan in San Diego was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of a 64-year-old Hispanic man, Raul Torres. The tranquility of the night was broken by the sound of gunfire, leaving a community in shock and mourning.
