Ulysses Hernon Rodriguez, also known as "Huero," was killed on August 24, 2005, in San Diego, California. The incident took place on Cumberland Street, where Rodriguez had a confrontation with two unknown males. Witnesses reported seeing Rodriguez running down the street as two individuals in a Mitsubishi Eclipse opened fire on him. Rodriguez sustained multiple shotgun wounds, which ultimately led to his death at the scene.
