In the late hours of May 7, 2026, a dispute in Albany, Georgia, turned deadly, claiming the life of 45-year-old Courtney Tanorris Jenkins. The incident unfolded in the 600 block of Bobbitt Drive, where an argument between Jenkins and another man escalated with tragic consequences. Police were dispatched to the scene at approximately 10:45 p.m. and upon arrival, they discovered Jenkins deceased from what was later determined to be multiple gunshot wounds.
