A night that should have been a celebration of youthful milestones tragically ended in the death of 17-year-old Deon L. Wiley III in Saginaw, Michigan. On May 22, 2026, just days before he was set to graduate from Saginaw United High School, Wiley was fatally shot at a gathering in a convenience store parking lot.
