In the spring of 2026, a 75-year-old Caucasian man named Moesly Livingston was tragically killed in a violent encounter in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the evening of March 31st, Livingston, a ride-share driver, was working when he was shot and killed inside his vehicle. Also found in the car was 29-year-old Carlissa Harris, who had also been fatally shot. Authorities later revealed that Harris was pregnant at the time of her death.
The investigation into the double homicide quickly pointed to
one suspect, 34-year-old Marsean Taylor, who was reportedly in a relationship with Harris. The motive for the shooting inside Livingston's vehicle remains unclear. Following the killings, Taylor embarked on a violent and chaotic crime spree through a North Tulsa neighborhood. He attempted to force his way into several apartments, causing widespread fear among residents.
During his rampage, Taylor broke into one apartment and stabbed a man multiple times. The victim attempted to escape, but Taylor pursued and stabbed him again. His violent actions continued as he made his way to a nearby gas station. There, he stole beer and threatened employees with two knives. The terrifying ordeal came to an end when a Tulsa police officer responded to the scene. After less-lethal methods proved ineffective, the officer shot and killed Taylor. The officer involved was placed on administrative duties pending an investigation into the shooting.
