In the spring of 2026, the life of 18-year-old Joel Terrell was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the evening of April 8th, Terrell was inside a residence in the 900 block of Valencia Street with three other individuals when violence erupted. Multiple gunshots were fired into the home, striking Terrell and a female victim.
