D'Ante Purvis, a 21-year-old from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically passed away on January 23, 2018. Born on June 18, 1996, D'Ante was a dedicated student and employee. He attended Hinds Community College, where he was studying in the Industrial Maintenance Program and was set to graduate in May 2018. He worked as a Maintenance Technician at Popeye's Fried Chicken and was also participating in a maintenance internship program at MMC Materials in Jackson.
