Tynice Friday-Washington, a 44-year-old woman, was killed on April 10, 2026, in the Cypress area of northwest Harris County, Texas, in what authorities described as a domestic violence shooting inside her home on Cypress Falls Drive. The case began late that Friday night when a young child called 911 and told authorities that his father had shot his mother. Deputies responded to the home in the 14100 block of Cypress Fall Drive shortly after 10 p.m. and found Tynice dead at the scene.
