Ariel Shepherd, a 16-year-old female of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on November 9, 2013, during a house party in Cypress, Texas. The incident occurred at a birthday celebration held at a home in the 7300 block of Enchanted Creek Drive. Shepherd was one of two teenagers killed when multiple shots were fired into the crowd of partygoers.
