In the quiet city of Forrest City, Arkansas, the life of 18-year-old Frederick Ivy was tragically cut short on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Responding to a call at approximately 10:30 p.m., police arrived at a residence near Newcastle Road to a grim scene. There, they discovered Frederick suffering from two gunshot wounds to his upper body.
Emergency medical services were dispatched, and Frederick was quickly transported by ambulance to the Forrest City Medical Center in a desperate attempt
to save his life. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead early the following morning by the St. Francis County Coroner, Miles Kimble. His body has since been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy to formally determine the cause of death.
