Initially, Justin Augus and Kyle Eagan were charged with violent crimes in aid of racketeering for the murder. Derrick Yancey, Brandon Bobbitt, and Desmond Ford were also accused of participating in the murder of Fraticello-Lugo and the shooting of two other individuals present at the scene.
