Omar Fraticello-Lugo, a 19-year-old from Buffalo, New York, was tragically killed in a gang-related shooting on September 15, 2008. Fraticello-Lugo was targeted by members of the 10th Street Gang in a drive-by shooting on Busti Avenue, during an ongoing feud with the rival 7th Street Gang. In this incident, two others were also injured, though they survived.
