Kathryn Patterson McRae, a 70-year-old white female, was found dead on January 29, 1989, in her home in Graceville, Florida. She and her husband, Robert McRae, 72, were discovered in their kitchen, both having been shot once in the back of the head. Kathryn had been thumb-cuffed with her hands behind her back.
