In the evening of April 8, 2026, a young life was tragically cut short in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Jassiah Armstrong, an 18-year-old male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1000 block of Lincoln Drive. First responders were dispatched to the scene at approximately 8:01 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
