In the early morning hours of Sunday, April 12, 2026, the life of 29-year-old Levon Livingston of Southeast, D.C. was tragically cut short. At approximately 5:01 a.m., officers from the Seventh District of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment building in the 1200 block of Valley Avenue, Southeast.
