Andre C. Anderson, 31, was shot and killed on August 3, 2009, in Buffalo, New York. His death was part of a gang-related incident tied to the LRGP Gang, a group named after Lombard, Rother, Gibson, and Playter streets in Buffalo. Anderson was murdered by Anthony Skinner, a 20-year-old member of the LRGP, who believed Anderson had stolen weapons belonging to the gang.
