In the summer of 2014, the life of 30-year-old Victor Hernandez was violently cut short on a street in Buffalo, New York. On the evening of June 22nd, multiple gunshots shattered the peace on Pershing Street, leaving Hernandez fatally wounded. Two other individuals were also injured in the reckless act of violence, highlighting the indiscriminate nature of the attack. When the chaos subsided, Hernandez, a Hispanic male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
