In the early hours of Sunday, March 22, 2026, a dispute at a local sports bar in Jackson, Mississippi, escalated to fatal violence, claiming the life of 24-year-old Joshua Butler. The altercation occurred at the Last Call Sports Bar located in the 6300 block of Ridgewood Road. At approximately 2:30 a.m., amidst the weekend nightlife, a fight broke out, culminating in the shooting of Butler.
